Connection Recovery Support Groups are now online!
We are still here for you! Your health and safety are important to us. As a result of current CDC recommendations for social distancing, masks will be required at our in-person meetings. Our support groups will continue to take place online utilizing the Zoom platform.
CONNECTION RECOVERY SUPPORT GROUPS
Connection Recovery Support Groups are free, peer-led support groups for adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who have been there.
By sharing your experiences in a safe and confidential setting, you can gain hope and feel a sense of connection. The group encourages empathy, productive discussion, and a sense of community. You will benefit from hearing other’s experiences, discover your inner strength, and empower yourself by sharing your own experiences in a non-judgmental space. Learn more here.
Every Tuesday – 1:30-3:00 PM
Every Thursday – 6-7:30 PM
Every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesday – 6-7:30 PM (held at same facility and time as NAMI Family Support Group)
