SUPPORT GROUP

Youth Support Group

Youth Support Group is a free, peer support group for young people ages 8 to 17. It’s a safe, welcoming space where kids and teens can talk openly, take part in wellness activities, and connect with others their own age who understand what they’re going through.

Growing up is hard enough without navigating big feelings alone. This group gives young people a supportive place to be heard, build coping skills, and know they’re not the only one.

What to expect

Meetings combine open discussion with wellness activities in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. The group is led by trained facilitators, and the focus is on connection, encouragement, and building resilience.
